Terms of delivery

Briefly about delivery terms

1. We deliver free of charge to Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark

2. Orders within Europe 20€ delivery fee per order

3. USA and Candada 30€ delivery fee per order

4. Products in stock have a delivery time of 1-3 working days to Finland. Delivery to Sweden or Denmark 3-5 weekdays, Europe and America 5-7 days

5. The reciever pays possible import fees and VAT

6. Starabooks is not responsible if the order is prevented, hindered or delayed due to reasons that we are not able to influence, for example, war, natural disasters, bans on imports or exports, government decisions, general traffic disruptions or other similar factors.

More precise delivery terms

1. Delivery time

The books have a delivery time of 1-3 weekdays. Delivery to Sweden or Denmark 3-5 weekdays. We always strive to get as fast a delivery time as possible, and if we suspect that the delivery time will be extended, we will contact the customer by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.

2. Delivery options

The books are sent by the Finnish Postal service.

3. Payment method

We use Wix.com's payment service. Payment is by credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard

4. Right of return and exchange

All products have a 14-day return and exchange right. Returned products should be unused.
